F no. The cover of anonymity provides the vehicle for honesty. I'm a dumbass plenty of times a month. I think I've posted to LinkedIn 10 times in three years, because it expressly identifies me. Veteran Memorial fund repost? I'm already being put into a category. I prefer to have honest, sometimes shitty conversations with anonymous people, and not know you own a title business in Laffy. My preference is information security. I don't want to give you a secret handshake at a gas station, have you identify my ride, read my license plate, look at my rear window stickers, etc. Some choose to not breach anonymity, but I've never going to have thousands of posts be attributed to my face or name. That shite just gets you fired.
Yep, and the folks who don't heed your warning are truly the foolish amongst us

I'm stunned by the amount of people that share real first names, non anonymized email addresses, businesses they're associated with, etc., here.

Same. Some folks must think they're invincible but really don't have the faintest clue IRL about what lengths people will go to exact revenge.

Would not recommend unless you want to catch them hands.

I'm too old for all of that shite. I know it's a joke, but I ain't meeting your anywhere, because I don't fight fair. Like arguing with people on the Internet, nobody is changing anyone's mind, but everyone is angry. I mean, if you want to get into a hands only scuffle and give me half the revenue from your Youtube post, we can at least talk. Otherwise, I can't give you the chance.

I'm not sure if I would want to recognize any of you in public.

I’d rather not actually know who knows who on here lol, but how many TD’ers on average do you think you pass up at an LSU football game? And just don’t even realize it.

Wait till someone creates an AI agent to sift thru all public accessible forums (not just TD) and analyze them by poster (sentiment analysis, topic modeling, trend analysis, author profiling, and social network analysis) then create a database and sell access.

I may disagree with the mayor of Covington on some things but the man had the pair to enter the arena and fight for his cause. An anonymous account is a nothing person. You don’t deserve my money.

I try to post as if people who know who I am are reading (because they are). I’ve posted enough identifying info over the years to be recognized, and have scaled back on posting, in general.
Facebook is what gets me. The comments people leave on news articles with their entire name, employer, family members, etc., visible or easy to find are astonishing. I guess some people don’t live in fear of an internet psycho showing up at their house to exact revenge.

I honestly don't care if people know who I am or not. I don't post a lot, as you can see from my post count, and never post anything controversial or would get me fired. I do know a few people from TD and they are really good people, except for LSUCoyote...lol!
