He is damned if he does, and he is damned if he doesn’t.

With the nation watching - hard to imagine him not doing what is obvious.

He’ll come across as a weak judge and/or partisan hack if he doesn’t.

But…. He might have a bright future of appointment from a Dem. That could be his motivation.

He should DQ her (and her "special prosecutor").

But, he won't.

I’m of the opinion he DQs her solely based on the unanimous SCOTUS ruling last week on the Colorado ballot decision.

How he took this long is beyond me.

Should be a DQ, but questioning if him throwing Trump a bone Wednesday around the phone call charges is a setup to clear fani, but hamstring her prosecution.

The prosecution is going to actually wind up with better, smarter, and probably more dogged lawyers handling the case. However, maybe they’ll be smart enough to realize they’ve got a bad case.

Disqualification is unlikely. Certainly possible, but unlikely.

Alan Dershowitz was on Newsmax and they were asking about this deal. He went on for about a good 10 minutes with the laundry list of reasons why she needs to be disqualified. Unfortunately, here lately rule of war means nothing, so we’ll see.

He's coming up for reelection so he'll give each side a "win"

There’s 2 sets of precedent on how to rule here. I’m guessing he will rule that while it appears there might have been some irregular behavior, it was not proved beyond a doubt. Thus, setting up the appeal on which precendent the judge used…pushing the trial out much further. Also, gives time for the Governors office to open the commission who would now have the authority to remove Fani.
She’s an idiot for not just stepping away from all this. She’s a narcissist that doesn’t see the end of this path, is drastic for her

I think he disqualifies her. There’s no way he would have dismissed those 6 perfect phone call charges if not
