We have the Grind N Brew currently. Got it because the price was good enough that I'd be ok with it not lasting or the coffee being bad.
Well it's lasted 5ish years and makes a decent brew. Much better than store bought grounds, but not as good as the French press I was using previously. The major advantage is now my wife can make a pot and isn't dependent on me to do it every single day.
The chute only needs cleaning once a week-ish in my experience, unless you're using extra oily/wet beans

Slightly off topic. What's the fall off like for fresh ground beans? Is there a discernable difference between just ground and ground the previous day?

Edit: if you are set on one of the choices in your OP, get the Breville. The others are known low quality brands.
Delonghi is considered a low quality brand?
We have one of the super automatic Delonghis and it works great for what we want.

You can have convenience or you can have good coffee, pick one.

grinding the beans the day before and dumping the grounds into the machine?
What grinder do you have? Mine takes maybe 30 seconds to grind 70 grams of beans.

It’s not total trash, but not regarded as high as Breville at least not in the espresso world.

I have the delonghi
I love it besides the fact you can’t easily remove coffee beans out of the holding container
I’m a person that likes to drink different coffees on the regular
So I end up getting a mixture of 2 different kinds of coffee when I put in different beans from the cup I had before until the beans from the previous cup is out the system
But other then that it’s great
If you are not the type to experiment often with different coffee this should not be an issue at all .

I'm already busy enough with 2 kids a wife and a job.
Maybe get rid of 1 or 2 of those? Don’t compromise on the coffee, man.
