If she is not disqualified she will be politically forced to rush a complicated RICO case into trial before the election

There is absolutely zero chance that there is a RICO trial before November. No matter what happens with Willis.

As stupid, corrupt and inept as Fani is, there’d still be a Fulton County jury to contend with.

Exactly my view as well. If Fani presented nothing at all besides,"I want you to convict", the jury would do it out of spite for Trump.

Let it die. She’s looking more and more like an idiot and it follow her, letting it linger will not help Trump in any way. It will give democrats a way to spin it that he’s still guilty of whatever bs charges they are pressing.

I want her disqualified. Charged with perjury. Skull dragged in a highly publicized trial. Disbarred and convicted. Sentenced to the maximum jail time and given the maximum fine. It's the only way forward or this shite will continue. There has to be consequences.

The bar to disqualify is even if there is an appearance of impropriety. He has no choice but to disqualify her if he’s the least bit honest.

No, that is the standard for a judge to recuse himself from a case.

In Georgia, the prosecutor can only be removed if there is a direct conflict of interest. That's why there is all this wrangling over Fani receiving money.

And even if she financially benefitted from hiring Wade, that might not be enough of a conflict because it has no bearing on how they prosecute the case.

Wade should be fired, and Willis investigated for misuse of resources, but even THAT does not create a conflict of interest in the case itself.
