Can the girl that Flau’je pushed press charges against her?

You mean #2 the won guilty of “Taunting” who didn’t get called for it. If you run out to someone put your face in theirs and yell at them, you push that shite away, exactly like she did.

That was not a foul on FLau’je, it was taunting on #2 from South Car.

Flau’je held her on the play and it was an intentional foul. Cordosa came in from outside the play and assaulted/battered Flau’je. After the fact, after the play was whistled.

Ya kinda missed something there, sparky.

Kim understands the trash talk going on during the game the jawing got out of hand a little to salty the refs should have stepped in earlier . Big girl came in like a Hockey player for a body check I thought she was the second coming of Big Earnie Ladd

Not that she would, but legally she can.

No lol. That's not how it works. For a court to actually hear a sport violence case it would have to be beyond egregious and way outside the norms of the sport. I don't think getting shoved qualifies as that.

Courts have more important things to do. They usually defer to the sanctioning bodies (in this case NCAA) to handle punishment, which the NCAA did.

You’re right that it rarely happens, and when it does it is usually due to egregious acts, but the OP is correct that she could be charged. It would be interesting to entertain it, because it was a vicious in the context of the disparity of strength. People often take that into account.
