Cardoso runs into Reese at full speed every trip down on offense and hasn't been called for a foul one time

LSU doing "LSU things".
It's one thing to fight with your own player for the ball but to come away with no points on that possession is unforgivable. LSU just doesn't play with a team concept and it shows against adequate competition. They look as if they practiced on defense all season and thought that just having "ballers" would be good enough offensively. HVL is a liability on defense and they can't hide her.
MF is KILLING HVL! Also, they can't get the ball to Reese or Morrow without those long wrap-around passes from far out which is giving the defense a chance to recover.

yeah, they are just a little better in the scoring facet of the game than we are... if we are going to repeat, we will need someone to knock them out for us... no other team do i feel this way about, but SC is just so damn consistent and good

Not that it really matters in this particular game but I agree.
There is a conspiracy to get USC to undefeated before the tournament so the storylines at the selection show and ratings for undefeated USC on one side against LSU/ iowa and their impending rematches in the other side

This team might be better with Williams coming off of the bench. She seems to have regressed the second half of this season. When Poa comes back, I would start her at PG and have HVL on the wing with Johnson.

We are competing well with them while Williams is not healthy, no Poa and a limping Angel, all on game 3 in 3 days with a thin bench as is
