LSU's offense is being heavily influenced by 4 games. They scored 72 runs in 4 games vs VMI, Rice and Stony Brook (game 2). The other 11 games, LSU is averaging only 5.5 runs per game.

The offensive tools are there, they just can't string together good innings most games.
