According to Apple…I’m at 4 hours, 31 min a day. Depressing really.

6.5 hours/day average.
I do use it for music and podcasts, but it’s still absurd.
I’ve been sick the past few days, and I bet I’m doom scrolling at least 6-7 hours each day.

Only 45 minutes. Thank god it can’t track my VCR usage. I have a hell of a VHS porn collection.

Daily average is 3 hours and 10 minutes. Not bad considering I work remote and don't have a work cell phone.

7:23 on my iPhone last week.
Surprised it’s that low honestly. I don’t have a computer (other than my work laptop) and rarely watch anything on TV outside of football season.
