If it's illegal, who would be responsible and who would prosecute?

The foundation of the Mueller investigation and the issuance of 4 FISA warrants was based on an unverified DNC funded op-research smear paper (Steele Dossier) which was sourced via Russian intel agents.

Carter Page was cleared, yet still gets painted by the MSM as a turncoat.

Every conviction stemming from the Mueller investigation should be overturned, via *Fruit of the Poison tree. Any update on how that's all working out?

* The “Fruit of the Poisonous Tree” is a legal metaphor used in the United States to describe evidence that is obtained illegally. The concept is based on the idea that if the source (the “tree”) of the evidence or the evidence itself is tainted, then anything gained (the “fruit”) from it is also tainted. In other words, if the initial evidence is unlawfully obtained, any subsequent evidence derived from it is considered tainted and generally not admissible in court.

If Fuchs allegedly committed a crime under Florida law while within the confines of the State of Florida, the DA of Fulton County Georgia cannot grant her immunity from prosecution in exchange for her grand jury testimony in Atlanta. The actions of the Georgia DA have zero effect on the ability of the State of Florida to prosecute Fuchs for violating the laws of the State of Florida.

I always wondered how it was legal to record without consent a private call with the President. I figured his side would be automatically recorded and part of presidential records, but for Ratt to do it seemed off.

Crime committed in Florida expect a Florida prosecution, especially if the story has legs. Also drag Raffensbergers sorry arse in front of a Grand Jury, and nail his arse for even the slightest waggle.

Most states you can record your own phone call. You just can't record 2 people talking that don't know they are being recorded.

Am I the only one that listened to that call days after it was made? There's no reason to bother with whether it was legal or not. There were tons of people on the call. You should expect it and I think they did. There was nothing said that was illegal or trying to get anyone to do anything illegal. Trump knew they stole it and wanted them to find the votes that had been supressed. Since then we've discovered he was absolutely correct. Of course that's not the narrative in the press but lately reality isn't something they're interested in anyway.
