It doesn't matter if Jotato can actually get a nationwide abortion law it's the fact he's pandering to those on the left and those on the left cheer that shite.
It makes no sense to destroy your own progeny while making an argument the nation needs millions of invaders to replace the babies not being born in the US.

Now, the USSC may ultimately rule against it, but Dobbs doesn't speak to this, and Kavanaugh specifically references the potential of a federal statute.
