Not really. Cukes are not naturally pickle flavored.

Not trying to be obtuse, but pickle juice isn't some crazy unknown recipe. Its simply vinegar, salt, spices, and water. So I mean any recipe with spiced vinegar is basically good to add pickle juice to.
I'm not a doctor but I have been dehydrated and pickle juice sounds good and helps, so I'm assuming its just the salted water that helps and vinegar and spices are for flavor?

When my mother baked whole hams on special occasions, she added left-over pickle to the water at the bottom of the baking pan. For ordinary fried ham steak, she deglazed the skillet with a small amount of pickle juice to make a thin gravy. She used both dill and sweet pickles. She claimed that she learned the method from her grandmother... west TN 1870's!

I use dill pickles in mine so I haven’t added juice, but I may.

I've marinated chicken in it before frying.
Can't let it go to long, maybe 20-30 minutes

I've added it to bloody marys
I do as well, puts the flavor over the edge good.
