Yes. The movement is a burpee, then a jump over the dumbbell. So you haven’t completed the rep until you jump over the dumbbell.

A lot of people on YouTube recording their 24.1's are fricked up on their standards. Had me questioning stuff.

SUCCESS! 14:55 Rx at 8am today.
I’m not an AM workout person and I did drink a protein shake and ate some fruit around 6:15-6:45 and I had to slow down a few times because it became an issue with all the burpees. Never again on these early morning workouts!

I’ve been holding off, hoping my shoulder pain subsides enough to give it a shot. Will try it today (Rx Masters 55+). Snatches aren’t the problem, it’s the 90 burpees.
We had 12 members (9 men, 3 women) go sub 10:00 and one of the younger guys did 6:57.

Well baws, did the 24.1 again today. Got 158 reps. 5 more than last time, and hit the time cap

I’m with you. Did it again today. I had about a 9:30 pace to finish. Hit a wall on the first set of 9 burpees and said, nah frick this shite. I’m not going to the games, I don’t need cardiac arrest happening.

My guess at 24.2 is shuttle runs and thrusters in some kind of ladder or ascending fashion. Purely a guess

I think they are announcing in Justin Medeiros’s garage. I think shuttle runs are not practical in that setting but who knows.

Hoping for something with a heavyish barbell as long as it isn't thrusters.
Would like to see HSPUs, maybe some rowing, pullups or t2b, nothing on that devil bike and no dubs lol

ABs of Echo bikes have never been in an open workout. Crossovers will never be in them, but DUs and MUs are always a possibility.
Running wasn’t an open option until they went with shuttle runs last year.
