Can they build it around where The Water Campus is now?
I don't see the dozen or so new office buildings being developed there after the pandemic. That would be a solid spot for an arena with hotels, right next to Chealsea's. They could fit parking decks near there too.

This is where it’s been rumored it would be built. LSU has the land in between campus & the water campus.

They stated it would go on LSU property.
