Exactly how I felt. Got my heart broken again.

It would have been nice but I think you and I have different expectations for who this team is right now and what will be considered a successful season.

Dom & I are just long time posters who’ve interacted for a while over multiple sports and seasons. We tend to at least understand where the other is coming from and I respect his opinions bc of the post history.

It's a no-win situation, I am trying to resist or at least choose my words carefully.

I see guys I always thought of as rational posters getting into fights with known trolls and saying things I would never have thought they would. It's getting me kind of depressed

It looked bad on the court, too. With about 3 minutes to go in the first half Ward got a layup to tie the game at 27, then gimped off the court in obvious pain. Not good

That last week was fun, but that's an outlier to everything we've seen from McMahon and his time here - almost 2 years now.

Agreed, but for once the Team showed they're capable of not only fighting back hard but also getting the Big W's first on the road then consequently at home to give anyone some hope.. they lost a key player when Ward went out and just appeared to be drained...

Nothing should really take away the forward progress the program established with the last 2 top 20 wins..

Just keep getting better..and hopefully healthy.

I appreciate that. Don't look up my post history btw.

Honestly, I generally read more than I post and have been here a long time, so I know. It's cool.

I should add, I wish McMahon much success. I'm not afraid to come here and eat crow and I hope I have to.

I'm one of the biggest sunshine pumpers on this board in regards to coaches and players but it's so damn hard watching this team, even when they win.

I had regular or makeup matches all week thanks to all the recent rain over the last few weeks. Next weekend is gonna suck but I’ll be back in the threads more regularly after that. Hopefully night games.

Let me rephrase that. You don’t provide criticism because you are incapable. You don’t know anything about basketball.

Yet you have the audacity to call for a 2nd year coach’s head after back to back top 25 wins & a game we lost where we were clearly pacing with them until Ward went out.

Our basketball program’s problem is we have far too many ignorant fans. It’s like the opposite of baseball fans, even when we’re winning they don’t know what they’re watching.
