No way the Biden admin would not have vetted this simple fact.
Have you not noticed how astonishingly inept the Biden administration is? It's full of people like Kamala and Karine John Pierre who are wholly incompetent but were brought in simply because of identity politics. I think we can all agree that Biden didn't coordinate anything but it wouldn't surprise me at all if those idiots in the White House didn't think to check everything out.

The PTB rely on enforcers and politicians that are ideologues and compromised, weak individuals with no moral or ethical standards. That’s how they keep them in line.

You do realize that they also have previously undisclosed records of the prosecution meeting with the Biden regime, right? This is more than just Willis hiring her lover and lying about it.
You fail to realize that collusion only applies to defendants in the course of committing a crime, not prosecutors. They can spend as much time and collude as much as they want with the DOJ on this case or any case. LE and DA's "collude" all they want, it's the normal course of business. They don't call it "collusion" they call it "in cooperation with". It's not the smoking gun you think it is.

“All I want to do is this,” the president continued. “I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state.”
A Boy Scout could prosecute this case…and win.

I think a big part of her even bringing this ridiculous case was being able to funnel taxpayer money to her lover. That should be enough to toss it right there.

In context of believing there were a multiples of this amount in potentially fraudulent votes how is this conversation illegal? Did he coerce or threaten anyone? Did he send LE to start investigations or arrest people? It was a fricking phone conversation.
IMO speaking to the GA SoS about what he thought was fraud is far less intrusive than Gore flying teams of attorneys down to FL overnight in 2000 to start suing for recounts and imposing your on standard as to what a “vote” is in selected venues.

It still largely depends on the underlying factual basis of the indictment.
If their coordination to funnel taxpayer money was the primary driver of the prosecution, which led them to other bad acts, then yes.
If it's just a conflict of interest grift, but the underlying allegations still have legal merit, then another prosecutor is likely to continue the prosecution.
To put it another way, a prosecutor can engage in certain misconduct and be removed from a case, but if that conduct doesn't have a strong enough nexus to impact the case, the taint likely remains individualized to the prosecutor.

The GA AG, most likely.
In LA, the AG would take over the case.

It's slips like this that let us in on the fact that they are not some sort of omniscient unbreakable well oiled machine that a lot people seem to fear they are.
If they were truly in control, we wouldn't have heard the first whisper about the Joe Biden family influence peddling racket.
We wouldn't have seen details coming out to exonerate J6 political prisoners.
We wouldn't have gotten additional information that refuted the "51 intelligence community officials" who double pinky swore that Hunters laptop was Russian misinformation.
We wouldn't have been able to see through the elaborate money laundering racket that is foreign aid. This is especially true for all of the seemingly limitless supply of cash reportedly heading to Ukraine.
Just today it was confirmed by Obama A list flunkie Victoria Nuland that the vast majority of this cash will remain in the US as it's funneled back into the Military Industrial Complex.
The great awakening that we are witnessing would've been smothered in its infancy, and yet there are tons of millions more Americans who are awake or waking up to the uniparty con since the illegitimate Biden criminal fans was allowed to usurp public control in DC.
If they were in control, none of these things would have come to light.
