Glock 43x mos

Was going to get this, but absolutely could not find it in stock anywhere. 43x was everywhere, but not the MOS version. Hellcat Pro ended up coming in a bundle with 5 mags and jumped on that. Would have had to buy the aftermarket 15 rd mags for the glock anyway whenever I was able to find it.

Sig 229

Cause I'm a big fan of SA/DA.. and the weight/size of the Sig doesn't bother me..

I actually went to a gun store today for lunch and tried a bunch on. The only guns they didn't have that I would have liked to handle are the CZ P10C and P10S, and a compact 1911 style. Out of all the ones I held the best fit for my hand and sight line by far was the Hellcat Pro, and for a subcompact, the original Hellcat. Wasn't expecting that.

The grip naturally pulled my hand up into the beaver tail, and the sights were right on the money every time I drew and aimed it. Kind of like finding the perfect fitting shotgun.

Really like the grips and texture on the Hellcat Pro. Great sights. Nice shelf for thumb and index finger when not on trigger. It's a bit snappy, but it's a compact pistol. I shoot much better with my 19x, but the Hellcat is more than sufficient and way more concealable while only sacrificing 2 rounds of capacity. Never had a malfunction besides the slide not locking back here and there. And that's with the cheapest ammo I can find.

I suggest you rent the Hellcat before buying. I liked it in the store too but couldn’t shoot it well.

Hellcat, or Hellcat Pro? Hellcat was too small in the hand just as the 43 is too small, but I liked the 43x. I'll admit I'm not as good with the Hellcat Pro as some other guns. Its not the lightest trigger, but its a carry gun, not a competition gun. I cant put them all in one hole, but can put them all in a 6" circle at 10-15 yds. Thought about adding the Apex trigger, but nervous to change on my carry gun.

Get the macro and don’t look back.

Hands down the best EDC I’ve owned.

ETA: what sig has done with the FCU and different modules is truly innovative.

I have the sig 365 with the thumb safety. It’s definitely my go to edc. Size, weight, and capacity are tough to beat. I still occasionally carry one of my 1911s, but the sig is my go to edc.

I'm looking hard at the new shadow systems cr920p.

But to add my favorites. Glock 19 and the Shield.

Really looking at one of the single stack Mos glocks or that shadowsystrms to tighten things up. Might just end up getting the shield slide milled though.

Was back and forth on this. A lot of reviews say there's a lot of malfunctions. Then a lot of reviews saying it just needs its break in period, then it's great. Ultimately, everyone at the gun shop/range I'm a member at said they didn't recommend it. I was sad because it looks awesome.

Mine was the regular Hellcat. Yeah it’s small but that’s what I want in an EDC. I couldn’t hit anything with it. I’m not a great shooter but not am I THAT bad. None of my friends shot it well either. Shots were all over the place. Maybe the sights were off.

It was reliable, looked great, carried great, and was comfortable to hold.

I rented a Canik MC9 and it was night and day. It’s about the same size, maybe marginally bigger, but I can hit where I aim.

S&W M&P Shield Plus. There are factory 15 round mags for it if 10 and/or 13 isn't enough.
