He’s late 70s but also has Parkinson’s Stage 4 and has AFib. He’s had to have his heart shocked back into rhythm several times.

A lot more likely to die from the heart issues than the cancer

Dang. Sorry to hear that. Not to be morbid but it sounds like he’s playing a game of terminal illness whack-a-mole.

Hope and pray for peace and plenty of quality time with him until he goes.

If this is the case, I’d focus on more palliative care and make his next year or so more pleasant. A sick late 70s doing any therapy like this will make him live slightly longer at much worse health

That's why the surgical options are off the table. Anesthesia would probably come with a very high probability for AFIB, stroke, and kidney failure.

If I had all those other illnesses I would not do treatments for cancer. That’s just me
