I'm not sure what that has to do with ole baw thinking the SR71 is real and actually capable of what they claim versus the moon landing when he's seen the exact same evidence of both.

Lockheed Martin didn't lose or destroy the tech to build an SR-72. They weren't trying to outdo the Russians. They have military contracts and aren't trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes.

I am old enough to have witnessed the Apollo 11 launch firsthand, and then the moonwalk on TV. I grew up to be an engineer, and in the 1980-90s, I designed, built and tested hardware that flew in both sub-orbital and orbital flights. I worked firsthand with many retirees from the Apollo era who were "double dipping" after NASA retirement with the contractors. I have walked through the dusty warehouses at Marshall and the Cape where a lot of the Apollo era gear was stored, and I've held it in my hands. I've climbed all over the test fixtures where entire Saturn builds were structurally tested, and I've been as close as you can get without being in one of the blockhouses to a main engine full power test.
In short, I know more about this from firsthand experience than the entire population of conspiracy theorists on the planet. We straight up by Gawd did it, made the rest of the planet kiss our arses for it, and you idiots who want to conflate modern government disinformation with what the best of our ancestors wrought are FOS right up to your misguided eyeballs.
I sincerely hope you are trolls, or at the very least, not graduates of any SEC institution, not even LSU. I could take the time to explain why it all worked right the first time in engineering terms far beyond your simple minds to understand, or I could use that time to go outside, work with my son on his project car, or throw the ball for my dog. You're just not worth the time to attempt a fix.

The 3 astronauts that died in the fire were sacrificed because they were going to submit a report that the trip to the moon wasn't going to work out.
