My thing with Biden Defenders is I am perfectly fine with the true believers running with these “great Biden numbers” due to Trumps last year dealing with Covid.

We all know (including them) it’s not working and the clearest example of this is Everytime a journalist does a “man on the street” interview in urban areas right now— minorities have been saying things you wouldn’t dream of believing were possible even 2 years ago.

It’s usually goes something like “at least with Trump we could buy a hamburger for less than $10 dollars.” All the typical “Trumps a racist” not to mention all the macro economic arguments (like the one thrown out by the OP) goes out the window when the man on the street is struggling to even buy a hamburger when 4 years ago he simply was not having that issue.

And that isn’t just anecdotal stories— the polls in minority communities are bearing this out time and time again oh and by the way— Trump doesn’t need a majority of minorities to vote for him— he doesn’t even need a lot more to vote for him— he really just needs enough to STAY HOME— sort of like they did in 2016– and Trump wins.

If this is true (which its not) why did Trump publicly lambast both Kemp and DeSantis and tell them they were opening up "too early". Why are you lying about this? We have the receipts.

Biden's most recent numbers are a sham. I saw an economist break this down and the BLS numbers are cooked. First, they shortened the work week to 34 hours, so it would appear there was "hourly wage growth". Then, they jacked with the job numbers to make it look like there was higher than expected job growth, when in fact, private sector jobs did not grow at all.

Trump wants 'packed churches' and economy open again on Easter despite the deadly threat of coronavirus

quote:

President Donald Trump said Tuesday he wants the U.S. economy to "open" back up by Easter Sunday, despite expert warnings about the deadly threat of the coronavirus. Easter is April 12, less than three weeks away. Trump's remarks in a Fox News "virtual town hall" event at the White House came as more states imposed extreme measures, including shutting down businesses and ordering residents to stay home, to try to slow the spread of the disease. "We're opening up this incredible country. Because we have to do that. I would love to have it open by Easter," Trump said. "I would love to have that. It's such an important day for other reasons, but I'd love to make it an important day for this. I would love to have the country opened up, and rarin' to go by Easter."

quote:

Medical experts had recoiled at Trump's suggestion that Americans could gather en masse amid the coronavirus outbreak. "Obviously Trump is not rooted in reality," said Dr. Tina Tan, a board member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and a staff member at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. "This is the making of a major public health disaster. I am not sure where he is getting his information from, but it is extremely flawed," Tan said.

In your mind has Trump ever done anything wrong or made a bad decision? Trump oversaw 2020 and instead of telling people to frick off he decided it was a good thing to:

pay people to sit at home
hand out Trillions in 'stimulus' money
shutdown the supply chain
suspend student loans
suspend credit card payments
suspend rent payments
offer mortgage forbearance

He cheer leaded daily from a podium standing right next to midget Fauci about giving all kinds of handouts in an enthusiastic manner which kick started the inflation problem that Biden then continued. Trump did this. He was a god damn imbecile. None of this was needed.

These people are insane. We cannot coexist with them.

If Trump had never been President would the Democrats have colluded with China to create and release COVID-19?

Why did Trump publicly lambast Kemp and DeSantis for ending the Covid charade in their states? Its a simple question which you won't answer for some bizarre reason.

You said I was lying about Trump wanting to open up by Easter? Also, if democrats were in power they would have pulled federal funding from Georgia instead of tweeting about it. You’re intellectually dishonest to say Trump had everything to do with 2020.
Also the link you provided was not about opening up Floridas economy it was about masking. You’re so fricking delusional.

2016-2020: The economy lost 2.9 million jobs. the unemployment rate increased by 1.6 percentage points to 6.3%; the U.S. trade deficit in goods and services in 2020 was the highest since 2008 and increased 40.5% from 2016; the number of people lacking health insurance rose by 3 million; the federal debt went up, from $14.4 trillion to $21.6 trillion; Illegal immigration increased. Apprehensions at the Southwest border rose 14.7% in 2020 compared with 2016. Coal production declined 26.5%; The murder rate rose to the highest level since 1997; U.S. became a net exporter of petroleum products but remained a net importer of crude oil. Plus, these astounding lies: "We'll build a wall and Mexico will pay for it", "I have a billion dollar infrastructure plan"; "I'll release my taxes soon", "we'll have a healthcare plan in two weeks".

If you had at your disposal everything, every fact illustrating their idol wasn’t a good president, every incontrovertible instance of hypocrisy and cowardice he displayed, all of the times he has made a mockery out of them, his own supporters, it wouldn’t matter. They’ve got their golden calf, and the worship will continue.

Only a weak minded idiot would believe those stats at face value and not take into consideration COVID. Now don't get me wrong, I put a lot of the blame squarely on Trump's shoulder for the shutdowns. Trump's biggest fallacy was actually believing those around him had the American people's best interest at heart.

I did no such thing. Covid killed off a bunch of fatties and diabetics. I wasn't worried about Covid because I am in perfect cardiovascular shape and health. Covid was a non issue to me. A literal joke. Not sure why you are trying to turn me into some Branch Covidian simply because of Donald Trump's many failures in 2020.

A president does not have the authority to do that. Any shutdowns came from governors and/or mayors
