I've had some tell me that if Trump had "locked us all down, zero exception. Cannot leave house. Military in streets" that COVID could have been avoided.

And they would have absolutely accused Trump of being a dictator

We all remember Nancy Pelosi going to Chinatown right at the height of the outbreak so she could pander and act like Trump was racist for calling out China for releasing COVID.

Well, they aren't wrong. 2020 was the worst economic year for this country since 1946. That's a long time. I don't know why the Trumpies on here try to act like he was only President from 2017 to 20219. Trump handed over the Federal Government to Fauci and Birx in 2020 and that was a disastrous decision and falls 100% solely on Trump.

Where is your supposed defense of Biden? You can't defend Biden using stats under Biden can you, because you can't find any that look good?

Instead you try to point out some other stats that don't looks so good at face value, but given the circumstances some are really great.

No he didn't. Individual governors made their own decisions for their states. The idiots in NY and CA making the wrong decision isn't something that can be pinned on Trump.

Then why did Trump publicly lambast both DeSantis and Kemp for opening "too early" in his opinion? He wrote a damn letter to DeSantis condemning him for opening "too early" but those weren't Trump's ideas?

Trump thought it was a good thing to pay people to sit at home on their asses which in turn killed the supply chain, jobs, and the economy. He also wanted to give out even more stimulus money than what Congress allocated which kicked off the ridiculous inflation that Biden only continued so yes a lot of this was indeed Trump's faults because he made very bad decisions and hired people who made bad decisions that he agreed to.

Imagine living through 2020 and thinking "yes, lets elect the bozo who presided over that!"

You people are a damn cult. Trump wrecked everything in 2020 by his terrible decisions.

right, they use the pandemic to "erase from history" one of the strongest economic booms in modern American history.

So you want to go back and live in 2020?

Trump was responsible for 2020. He was the ultimate decision maker and punted to people like Fauci and Birx

It happened.

It's not TDS to say Trump handed over the federal govt to a bunch of unelected bureaucrats. It happened. Why do you guys try and ignore that or act like it didn't happen? Trump paid people to sit at home. He spent Trillions in stimulus money that wasn't needed. He was the President and deserves 100% of the blame.

The states each had their own authority to lock down or not. Trump had nothing to do with that. He also was against mandating the vax. He wanted to open back up in Easter of 2020 you fricking idiot.

Wait a minute.... What did Joe Biden do wrt to covid that wasnt the abject and failed doubling down of Trump's policies? Then he added gems like flooding the nation with unvaxed illegals, trying to force Americans to vax via OSHA, or spending billions on in-home test kits when the pandemic was already pretty much over.

Make an argument instead of an emotional hissy fit

I'd say this was undeniable. Here, at least, nothing is undeniable.
