Roul's Philly Cheesesteak Fries are the best 'debris' type of cheese fries ever. Lots of meat and cheese on them delicious crispy fries
The best Regular Cheese Fries I found are at Chimes, Georges and Walk-Ons. Oh an Brewbachers(thanks for reminder)!
