My thing is Milam will play second and whoever hits best between Pearson and Brown will play right. If one of Brown, Pearson and Bingham is good enough to play center, Kling could be in danger of losing his spot unless his hitting improves, despite being elite defensively

They would have to hit a lot better, because Kling is elite in center. I think Kling is going to really struggle against SEC pitching unless he tones down that monster swing. He is coming out of his shoes.

Only my opinion, but I think CJJ leaves Kling at center as long as possible . JJ loves him some Kling for good reason. The guy is elite at defense, fast, and his bat will heat up. Hopefully he hits well in SEC play.

I also think Braswell stays at Short for the time being and likely all season. So our big questions are who settles into 2nd (obviously Milam if he stays hot) and who takes RF. I think RF if Milam takes 2nd would be Pearson.

Kling is the hitter I’m worried about. If there is one thing we know about Jay is that he values a good hitter over defense. Berry and White are great examples.
