I have worked with several. Most are intolerable and intolerant. Even the competent ones cover for the majority who are incompetent and promoted way over their skills and ability.
It should piss of the competent black women and they should out the bad apples, but they instead let the rot spread to them. smh

Posted this yesterday but wanted your thoughts. I don’t deal with the criminal system, so out of curiosity
we all had to take ethics, right? It was even a separate exam to be licensed.
The appearance of impropriety standard was 100% covered in that class for public official recusals. It isn’t limited to just judges from my memory
THE WHOLE POINT of a special prosecutor was that there had to be some sort of conflict in the DA’s office, right? They are supposed to be completely independent as in Ken Starr, Mueller, etc., unless it’s different from the federal system somehow?
You’d think a lawyer would know they can’t frick the independent counsel you appointed because your office couldn’t ethically handle the case? She seems to say oh well, I didn’t realize I couldn’t do that she she’s a prosecutor herself. It just seems insanely bold to lie like that

What? Fat, lazy, corrupt, arrogant and stupid?
That empowerment.
She appears to have obtained her law degree from "We's be the Law University "

Simple answer.
In this case it's (D)ifferent...because of OMB.

Boo, no more Willis this morning. Hopefully defense recalls her at end

He had to let her ramble so she can't say later, on appeal, that she was not allowed to properly respond.
On top of that, when you have someone who just talks and talks like both her and her boy toy, you just let them continue to dig the hole.

I'm shocked her side isn't doing a cross. They can lead. Why would you not?

If Willis sees something on YouTube she doesn't like she will barge into court and demand to testify again.

If I had the abilities to read minds like God, I'd bet 100 SFP dollars before gaining that ability that she was lying.
Creating a story where this un-marked, un-tracked, and un-documented cash is being used by a major public official to reimburse a third party, is a bigger deal to me. That means they don't have any sort of plausible deniability and are grasping for the most dangerous explanation possible.

Bc they are cutting their losses. They know it will do no good and defense will immediately be able to recross and fire her up.

They never wanted her on the stand.

There is no explanation that would make any sense.
The fact that the DA for the state of GA regularly pays 3rd parties in cash, without receipt, for "legal services" is a clear ethics violation and should result in her being disbarred.
But Fani is a double threat to legal proceedings so nothing is going to happen.

Yup her big arse mouth and attitude got the best of her... She fricked herself and its glorious.

I was eating lunch live and I looked up and was like "who is the lady in red? Is that Willis?"
I went and watched it again. She literally storms in like a wrestler interrupting a promo and both the judge and her attorney react with a "oh my fricking god. please god no. frick my life" reaction.

I don't believe the prosecution is actually done questioning her.
Posted on 2/16/24 at 8:21 am to Lsut81
Also her claim of commingled campaign funds that she may have used personally because "cash is fungible" is a felony violation and should result in prison time.
But again, she's got that double threat immunity and won't get a single day in prison ...
