9 mg. Scary stuff. I'm gonna cut back to 3 mg and see how it goes.

Interesting. I do the same dose and haven’t noticed any issues.

Those aren't palpitations.
That's just the left ventricle of your heart communicating with the right atrium, and it's saying, "frick YEAH, BROTHER, WE'RE frickING DOING THIS! HOLD ONTO YOUR BUTT!"

Started with 9mg? I started back in October with 3, then moved to 6 in February.
If you research it, it’s remarkably safe and frankly a miracle supplement due to range of benefits.
Did you change anything else? Workouts any different?

Curious...what is the alleged benefit of a boron supplement? I've never heard of anyone doing it until this forum

I take 9mg and have no problems.

I’ve read that boron interacts with and improves vitamin d3 absorption which could mean in your case an increase in calcium levels. Electrolyte balance issues can cause palpitations. Magnesium counters calcium- do you take a supplement? If not, add some magnesium and see if it improves

It’s not the boron because supplements don’t do anything

My wife started Boron at my recommendation and the same thing happened. She stopped taking in and was immediately fine. I still take it.
