Owls had a chance to break it open with bases loaded no outs and 3-0 lead. I believe in the 3rd inning. Scored zero. But still held on to win 3-2.

Yeah our ace pitcher playing 1B today hit a pretty solid liner, just in a bad spot and they turned 2… we did get 1 in that inning before that and it turned out to be the winning run
But yeah hoping pitching and defense travels… big opportunity that we’ve been waiting years for… theres any more Pearsons?

I watched Cedar Creek beat Hanson Memorial down in Franklin today. Very good game. Creek’s first playoff win since 2017.

Hence why next year, the whole playoffs will be best 2 out of 3 in the higher divisions. This is the last year of single game semis and finals…
As recently as 2013 the whole state playoffs was single elimination with the last two or three rounds at the finals site in every class
