The interface is awful, but they also don't put out a ton of great content, and the backlog stuff they have doesn't seem to appeal to me.
I've watched less recently, because after finishing this season of Reacher, I haven't seen much of anything I want to watch.
I generally don't go back and rewatch old shows I saw before. Very disinterested in that, instead I tend to look for something new that I may enjoy. There ain't much, on any single service.

The ads dont bother me as much as them removing Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos unless you pay

Watching a whole lot less once I cancelled over a year ago.

I’ve seen like one 15-30 second commercial per episode I’ve watched so far.
Same here, I have been pleasantly surprised so far because I was expecting commercials in the middle of episodes like the free services or network tv.

Wow. You pay for a streaming service then are grateful they're not hitting you over the head with ads - yet?
This is how it starts. They sprinkle in a few short ads. Then they make them 5-10 seconds longer. Bit by bit. Then they'll ad a third. And over time, maybe a real short 4th one.
Before too long, you're watching ads on a service you paid for which is indistinguishable from 'free' TV.
But hey, as long as you're OK with it.

You mean the "commercial" that plays at the beginning of a show? Come on, it's no different than Hulu or YouTube. Of the streaming services it is the one that I can actually find something to watch.

I’m watching less of both Amazon and Netflix because they are outsourcing their content and I refuse to watch horribly dubbed over shows / movies.
