If he was able to recruit a Big Ten roster to McNeese St., then the argument should be over, he is a great coach.

Just because he beat Michigan does not mean he has equal talent. What it means is that the effort he got out of his talent, beat a more talented team.

No, McNeese is not more talented than any Big Ten team. Now, is McNeese playing better than some Big Ten teams and capable of beating those teams? Absolutely! The reason for that is great player development and coaching, and not just purely based on talent.
