Betting is a hell of a drug.

NFL is a hell of a product.

All the people here that say they don’t watch football are straight fricking lying.

I know this thread is supposed to be 10 pages of Taylor Swift and trading “go woke go broke” zingers… but aren’t all these records being set because they’re now able to track the numbers more accurately? Especially things like bars with several TV’s?

Watching the Super Bowl from I-LVIII, it’s changed for me.

I used to watch from noon to end of post game. Now, tuned in at kickoff, turned it off after the td completion, which I called.

Read more during game. This changed for me about 10 years ago, when NFL turned into a flag football league dominated by offense and officials.

Football was popular to begin with, add in fantasy play years ago. Then the hammer of sports betting on phones has taken it to another level.

I don’t know about anyone else, but the main draw for me was Tony Romo’s stellar analysis.

That is prolly what put it over the top…

To put that in perspective, only 25 million viewers for the CFP Natty game this year.
