I’m buying an Xpress H20B with the 115 SHO. Which shallow water anchor do you guys prefer?

You will not find a company with better customer service than Power Pole, for that reason alone I'll always run their products.

Not difference between the two.
Power pole got the best customer service cause pumps do go out.
Raptors can be linked up with humminbird and minn Kota troll motor. Meaning you can hit a way point, your troll motor will drive there and once there the anchor will deploy.

No opinion either way but I am about to build a bay boat and like the idea of having a pair on it but I have a pair of micro power poles on my duck boat and other than staking it out while using it as a blind I have never found a need for them. My fishing mostly consists of long lining for crappie, dragging baits for stripers, flat lining live baits and chunking and winding from the front of the boat. Seems like the poles would interfere with all of these. I have fished on boats with them and love them but do they not limit what you can do from the back of the boat?

Thanks for the responses guys, I went back and forth on it……but availability made the decision for me. Went with the raptors so I would actually be able to pick up my boat on my way back from Mobile.

I’ve got the Raptors and so far not a glitch in the 8 months I’ve had them. I use them a lot so they have been tested. Much prefer sticking the poles than using spot lock.

I had PPs and they were OK but replaced them with Talons when one of the hydraulic pumps started leaking. A royal PITA dealing with the hydraulics.

I thought this was going to be a thread about some knucklehead crashing their F-150....
