Thats one game. Did you miss Lamar only having 24 passing tds this entire season?

So we're just going to ignore that Jackson had 7 rushing TDs? Because Jackson had 1 less TD than Purdy and 3 less picks. Not to mention nearly 1k rushing and owning Purdy (in San Francisco) in their head to head matchup

Cowboys hatred is a product of ESPN, every NFL show in the offseason will dedicate airtime to talking about the Cowboys chances at the Super Bowl. It is clockwork and fricking nauseating.

meaningless award

Lol it’s sports, it means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of thing. Same thing with movie, music, gaming, and all other entertainment awards. It’s all bread and circuses.

That’s why dumbass……because IMO those two deserved it more. And I already explained how the media pushes this (I’m definitely not the only person this irritates)

Did you miss Purdy throw 4 picks against the Ravens on Christmas, or are you just wilfully ignorant

Did you miss how Lamar’s QB rating was 102 Vs Purdy’s 113?

Look I’m not saying that Lamar didn’t have a great season, but his season was not better than Purdy’s because of one fricking game. No matter what the media is trying to push.

Cowboys hatred goes back to when they were labeled "America's Team". Long before ESPN

McCaffery should be the MVP. SF wouldn't be in the Suoer Bowl without him.

Although the talking heads of the media have kept saying Lamar is all season so he will probably win because it's in everyone's head.

They did the same with Myles Garrett. JJ Watts stats blew Myles's stats out of the water yet Myles got the defensive mvp because that's what everyone were saying all season. Even though he had like 1 sack in the last 7 games and didn't change a game like Watt did. Watt actually won games for the Steelers because of their inept offense.

It doesn't matter. If the talking heads beat it into the voters brains that this man should win the MVP them he will. Stats be dawned.

ESPN does the same for the Heisman Trophy.

He must’ve read every thread here that pride started or hijacked to talk about Josh Allen.

The Niners have 4 skill position players (CMac, Samuel, Kittle, and Aiyuk) that are individual better than any skill position player on the Ravens. That’s the best starting skill position unit in the league with literall no argument.

Lamar would be thrilled if he could have just one of those guys.

Not to mention how much easier or a division the NFC West is than the AFC North.

I don’t know why people can’t accept the truth that’s clear as day in front of their eyes:

It was a very weak year overall for MVP candidates. Lamar was the best of a bad year. Some years there are 3-5 guys who put up MVP-caliber seasons. Then you get seasons like this.

Definitely doesn't help with the amount of coverage they receive from all sports outlets.

The media is the greatest villain in the world right now. They make people hate others even though people don’t actually hate them, they just hate their incessant rambling and glorification of them.

Just this past week I watched Stephen A. lay some heavy criticism on Jackson.

Smith can be obnoxious and loud, but he’s pretty even-handed.
