I mean....if they're going 140+, then sure.

But it absolutely is a danger to the rest of the community as they cannot see smaller cars in front of them. I would love to watch them crush every single squatted truck while the truck owner is forced to watch.

I wonder what a 5 gallon bucket of set concrete would do to a squatted truck going 40 mph.

Hell, I doubt they can see at all...
especially at night. The headlights are either aimed at Jupiter or at best, a blinding height to oncoming traffic.
