Playing politics is a tale as old as time. Selecting a VP to broaden support isnt new. I’m not sure that Haley is the right choice, or if she would even do it, but Trump would be foolish to dismiss her out of hand.
Picking a MAGA firebrand like many of the OP’s names would be a mistake. Like it or not, the VP choice isn’t for you or me. We’re already voting for Trump. The pick will be (should be) for the wishy washy women who vote on emotion.

Silver lining would be that maybe then the GOP could win the AZ senate seat with Sinema having to defend her left flank. Sinema wins easily with Lake in the race.
