Oh look, another left wing parrot. Please post any such peer reviewed studies. The CDC and Louisiana Tumor Registry would be interested in seeing these, their repeated analyses, back to when a OCAW official first coined the term while they were locked out of BASF in the late 1980’s, show that is absolutely false compared to the rest of the (including non-industrial) areas of the state.
Louisiana residents in general are more affected by poor diet, lifestyle, and medical choices than any environmental factors. The media and ill informed morons like you just keep this moniker going, there has never been any basis to support this.
You and chubbie are putting your ignorance on full display.

The information regarding specific pollutants is available.
That's great. Then as a lawyer you have the information to develop a solid case.

The dispute is about fault.
Being labeled Cancer Alley is a little disingenuous. Geographic cancer clusters occur through the US. For example eastern Kentucky/western WV is a major cluster for cancerous neoplasms, lung cancer . Along the Mississippi River delta going into NOLA there is a cluster of breast cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer. There are clusters of uterine cancer along the eastern seaboard. Kidney cancer hits south-southwest Louisiana and Texas the most. Liver cancer is brutal along the Texas border. Testicular cancer hits SoCal hard. non-Hodgkins lymphoma hits the Midwest hard.
IMO the biggest factor is genetics and epigenetics. That's why we see cancer clusters of different types around the nation.

This picture reminds me of the Three Mile Island coverage in 1979. The press talked about radiation releases while showing infrared pictures of fricking cooling towers with water vapor “emissions” on front pages of newspapers and on nightly network news.
Also, typical coverage of emissions from power plants and refineries typically show pictures of cooling towers and sulfur dioxide scrubbers where all it is are water vapor emissions.

Right. And genetics is also the real reason you’re fat, not because you eat like shite and don’t exercise

If cancer alley was real our ambulance chaser governor would already have billboards up about it

Genetics is the reason I have a propensity to get fat or not.
And for the record I eat healthy compared to the rest of the nation and I admit, I don't exercise enough. I could lose 10 lbs. too.

Louisiana residents eat too much fried foods and are fat. It’s not cancer alley because of chemical plants.

Landry wasn’t the Governor in June of 23 when we invoked the FOIA.
I believe in freedom of the press, but when bureaucrats in govt, ally with the press to orchestrate public opinion it should be exposed.
Dildo brains, I'm making fun of anyone referring to a LA government as far right...especially the gape mouthed governor from Parks.

Well,
He’s entitled to that information via FOIA. Don’t want that to be a thing, then don’t communicate with the government.
shite happens.
