"shark teeth" and "coon Stoppers" have been sold for years. Only a matter of time before the masked bandit figures out a solution

I use the cheapest grease I can buy at the auto parts store in a tub. They try to climb it once, and stay away after that attempt. I usually only do one piece of each leg and someone always bumps into it eventually but it works.

A varmint blocker on the motor works better than the strips. Our coons learned how to use the strips as footholds for climbing better.
If you can, put a hand trap on each leg of the feeder and keep killing until it gets somewhat manageable. I got up to 11 then they seemed to move on.

A metal slinky on each leg works and you dont have to worry about the grease

I used tacky strips that you put down with carpet and they worked fine.
I used Vaseline and the deer were gone for a year.

That's just extra traction for a determined coon!

I like the trail camera pictures where one coon is trapeezing off one leg and flicking the spinner to feed his whole posse of buddies underneath.

go on youtube and search "slinky on bird feeder."
There's a pile of videos on how to set them up. did the same thing on my deer feeders and its worked great.

Golden Malrin… usually keeps the coins away most of the season. Should help with flies too…
