To me the question is how to take that next step? Is it as simple as swapping BI for someone? A new coach?

Honestly I think so. But Griff has a hard on for BI.

What is the next step?

If it's to be something beyond a play-in team, a new coach would help.

If it's to be a conference final contender, it's parting with BI or Zion to get you a true superstar.

Yes.

BI is not the answer and this will frick this team if he is paid 50M next year.

Charlotte gets - Bi and Naji

Pels get - Washington, Miller and Richards.

The tide is slowly turning here on Pel Talk.

Changing the coach or trading BI is unlikely to move the needle. That’s not to say that a true superstar wouldn’t help.
