Anybody know what this guy's connection Baton Rouge is? A transaction for Baton Rouge apartment complex and one got the LSU Bursar Office.

It gets worse. The real expert lawyer (the white guy) only made about 90k iirc. He was basically the best attorney in GA who specialized in such affairs. She also lied about paying them the same rate. The inexperienced bbc got 250/hr, while the specialized attorney got 200/hr
