This is where Gaetz and the rest have to go after him to retain any credibility. Otherwise the McCarthy skin on the wall was all for show. This is also a long term problem that they’ve created: Where does this end? Everyone is going to deviate at some point. What is considered acceptable by Gaetz & Co?

There is no Maga plan.
It's simply a fight over securing the border and stopping military aid to protect borders of foreign nations over our own.
Spending is something the people agree is out of hand but Congress (both sides) will never address

Unfortunately even that isn't a fight most Republicans are engaged in. If the politicians/media can keep the population distracted with this new reality-style politics made for drama, then they'll never have to actually do work like creating and enforcing policy/amending laws/etc. They just get to collect fat checks and sit on their high horse with noses turned up at middle class peasants.
