Fuk Michigan.

Pretty sure I speak for 98% of us. They’re going back to a long period of dormancy which is fitting, on account of them being dildos in perpetuity.

there's like 4 points that are being discussed in this thread, which has made it a mess

the original point was the 2023 UM team is loaded, which will be proven by the NFL draft, and arguably, one of the overall teams in the past several years

someone else mentioned that they'd lose to LSU of 2019 by 30, which i think is ridiculous, considering UM has beaten other teams of similar offensive prowess and talent in OSU (21 and 22) and washington

then we have others who insist that UGA was better than UM this year. cool, i don't really care, since UGA lost to the team that UM beat in the rose bowl

then, some douchebags wanna retroactively compare this team to the past 15-20 champions (and other playoff teams), not sure why, or what that accomplishes

Lol by too many you mean... 1? Maryland. Every other close game was to a team ranked in the top 10

2019 LSU:

Awards
-Heisman winner
-Maxwell winner
-Camp winner
-O'brien winner
-Biletnikoff winner
-Thorpe winner
-Broyles winner
-AP Coach of the Year

-Most points ever
-Never trailed in the 4th quarter
-Trailed by double digits once (in natty vs. Clemson)
-Beat 7 top 10 teams (most ever)
-Beat 4 top 5 teams (most since 1967)
-Only team ever to beat the preseason top 4, 3 of which were their last 3 games, the other being Alabama on the road.
-Beat Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma, Florida, and Georgia (combined record of 60-4) by an average of 20 points.
-14 players drafted, 10 in the top 3 rounds.

Any other teams claiming they were the best is laughable.

Holy shite this is absurd. Those 3 teams were nowhere near 2019 LSU's level.

This 2001 Miami lore has more to do with what players on that team, some who didn't play in 2001 did in the NFL.

Yep they are pretty much 2019 UGA and LSU could’ve beat them by 50 in the SEC title if they really wanted to

I think they might be the worst undefeated national champion of all time.

McCarthy had 90 yards going into the 4th quarter.

And beat a Washington team that could have lost 4 games during their regular season.

No they didn’t. The only time they ever trailed in the UF game was 28-21 and that lasted for all of 3 min game time

Go look at the tape. They were down 28-14 at one point and scored 4 straight times….

that's weird considering the halftime score was 21 tied.
