Other than the videos of him telling everyone that “we need to go into the Capital.”, the fact that the folks wouldn’t even talk about him when interviewed, and the fact that he’s brought up on a misdemeanor charge when everyone else is getting 10 year sentences, not much.

did you watch the video? Epps is on the video 4 times telling people they need to go INTO the Capitol. including him being in the ear of a kid who then proceeds to be the first person to try to breach one of the barricades.
