Bump for lsu777:
38, done with kids.
Starting a supplement with:
DHEA-200mg
Pregnenolone-100mg
DIM-50mg
Boron-6mg (plan to supplement with addition boron up to 12mg/day)
Other ingredients like vit D, MagOx, ashwganda
I know there’s conflicting info on if DHEA supplementation helps increase total T for men, but though I would try this maybe for 8 weeks and have a recheck before committing to TRT. Your thoughts?

Sounds smart imo. Wild like to see the dhea in transdermal instead of oral. But try and see how it works
But yes at 38, done having kids, if you decide, trt is a path.
Would do what I could to try and restart naturally though if it’s possible. Trt is big commitment imo

Appreciate the insight. You think the sustain alpha would be more beneficial over the oral DHEA supplement?

Just started TRT. I’m an older Baw. Lets just say I watched Apollo 11 land on the moon. I was in the low 200s total.
Taking 50 mg sub cutaneous.
Already feel better.
Oddly, I swear to God my hearing improved. I shite you not.

opinions on DHEA
That was interesting. I just started a Boron/DHEA protocol last weekend. This is not for muscle building because I think it is worthless for that. I am doing it for hormonal regulation - to see if I can notice any difference. I've been baby stepping since returning to the gym. History was 16 years of nonstop anabolic/androgen/hGH use followed by quitting cold turkey in 2015 and taking 2015 to 2021 totally off from gym and eating standard American diet then returning to gym Dec 1st 2021 to now. I have totally re-compositioned my body from where I had lost extreme amounts of muscle and every muscle I had was atrophied. Up to this point nothing but diet and exercise. No trt, no clomid, no hcg no nothing. So after reading here and other places I have started this:
Boron 15 mg upon waking on empty stomach
DHEA 25mg upon waking on empty stomach
4,500mg Grass Fed Beef Liver upon waking on empty stomach
lunch time:
DHEA 25mg
4,500 mg Grass Fed Beef Liver
Night time:
4,500 mg Grass Fed Beef Liver
so just 15 mg of Boron total and 50 mg total of DHEA. The DHEA will give oily skin on males and I am experiencing that already. no acne or anything yet. I feel 'good' so far but it likely takes 10 to 15 days to reach saturation from using. I've seen people recommend anywhere from 50 to 200 mg a day of the DHEA I will not go above 50. Again, this isn't for muscle building because for males I think all these compounds are worthless for that it is just for potential hormonal regulation. Next step will be to get my levels tested in 60 to 90 days and then go from there. Considering my history I am glad to just not need trt yet and goal is to never need it but who knows.

I’m been reading up on low dose NPP Added to TRT for joint lubrication and pain. What’s yall thoughts on that?

not sure where your levels where before but bet after 90 days you will see a 25% increase in total and a 50% increase in free
i do think you would be better off going with sustain alpha over the dhea or even dermacrine if you really wanted the dhea.
make sure you get your dhea levels checked when you go too. i know you said didnt want to go higher in dose but you do want to have the levels of dhea in the blood to be on high end of normal range to maximize overall hormonal benefits.
not gonna lie though, amazing to see your history and then see the way you react to other things

highly doubt you will find NPP prescribed. Deca can be used for this purpose but there are peptides like HGH/bpc that are better for this and if you want to do TRT+ you would be better off from a health standpoint and even a recomposition standpoint adding 200mg of Primo a week.
where you are at though in your journey, you need to just focus on diet, getting stronger and trt. let the peptides do their job with controlling hunger and skin elasticity. slow 1-2# a week fat loss and continuous strength gains over the course of a year is going to completely change your body.

10-4
It’s just something I’ve seen people mention so I wanted to look into it. Supposedly 100mg/wk added to their Trt dose was helping them. I’m slowly closing in on my goal and BF% is dropping nicely on the styku scanner at gym.

Can't really answer that as unfortunately was a total non responder to any nandrolone. I got nothing from it no matter what brand I used or what the dose was. Didn't matter. I used every brand under the sun both human grade from Europe and - vet grade from Mexico/Australia and UGL from all over the world. Was the only AAS I tried (and I tried them all) that I never responded to. I do have a pal who is using Primo with his TRT reasoning is Primo is one of the safest compounds one can use even for extended periods of time.

I was initially considering low dose primo this fall to help with re comp. Reason for fall is because in may/June we take multiple trips so id be missing the gym quite a bit. And with the price of primo, id want to get the most possible out of it.
Posted on 4/10/24 at 11:38 am to Uncle JackD
from a safety standpoint...primo is better than nandrolone. dunno how much you will get out of adding 200mg though. overtime of course you would. would plan to run prolly a year to get max benefits.
use the lipids supps i have talked about, drink the pomegranate juice like i described and take carditone for BP. keep bloods in check and should be fine. but lipids might not seem like a big deal but they are.

Yeah I’ve finally got my lipid panel perfectly within range so I don’t want to mess that up. The booze previously had did a number on my lipids.
