What makes you think this? Sure the seat cover is gone as it’s not securely strapped in, a human with a seat belt would have been. Are we sure this went absolutely quickly or was there possibly some small signs it was happening that a human would have known to make sure they were buckled?

Either way, incredibly lucky for Alaskan there was no one there and we don’t have to find out.

Doors don't blow out slowly.

It is being widely reported that the seat next to the window was unoccupied. This flight likely would have had a fatality otherwise.
