Would you rather an LSU home playoff game next year or a first round bye?

First round bye means SEC Champ and undefeated, which yea is awesome and I would not mind.

A home playoff game would be nuts and would offset any feelings I’d have toward not being the SEC Champ. I think I would rather the home playoff game scenario just for the experience.

First round bye. That means we probably went undefeated.

Home playoff game in TS against a Top 10 opponent would be amazing. As a fan, I'd rather see that.

Home playoff game would be in December. And just because the world hates us, they'd play it during the day.

No thanks.

I would love a home playoff game since I would be in attendance! And then to win out for the natty without the SEC championship!

That’s the whole point. It’s illogical and stupid that the top seeds are screwed out of a home playoff game and that privilege goes to lower seeds.

Pretty sure if they have a first round bye the game they would play next would be a home game.

SEC championship is now basically the same thing as a first round playoff game, except it is guaranteed to not be a home game for us

I’m sure it’s been discussed. But how would home game playoff tickets work? Similar to bowl games? Do season ticket holders get first right of refusal for their tickets?

It's great that I even have to think about it. Bye is great, but man, a home playoff game would be something.

I swear I'd stay until the end of the 3rd quarter. Probably. Unless I was tired.

I’ll take either one but gin to head I’d choose first round bye.

Means we had at worst 1 loss and would be playing a relatively easier team in the first playoff game.

I’d rather have that first round bye, but hosting a playoff game sure would be fun.

Tiger Stadium goes crazy for a good regular season game. What would it look like for a playoff game?
