Nielsen has done well enough to get another DC job in NFL. They are 10th or 11th in total defense I think.

I would argue this:
Being a defensive coordinator could lead to a quicker college head coach position than him staying a DC in the NFL. NFL tending to stray away from DC to HC hires more often than not.

He was a starter at OT. So granted, wasn’t directly coached by the man but did say he was awful to be around
