Tampa would have a better conference record.

If they both win next week, they'll both have two conference losses and they both beat each other.

According to NFL.com

quote:

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Strength of victory in all games.
Strength of schedule in all games
Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
Best net points in common games.
Best net points in all games.
Best net touchdowns in all games.
Coin toss

Head to head and win/loss in the division are tied so you go to common games. If I counted correctly, if Saints and Buccs win next week, the Buccs would be 8-4 against common opponents and Saints would be 6-6.

So Buccaneers would win division with a win next week.

Does the Vikings v Packers game have any impact on a WC for the Saints?

For the wild card purpose, we need the winner tonight to lose next week combined with Seattle losing, we would get the WC.

If the Buccaneers win, they win the division. If we beat atlanta, we need the Seahawks to lose and the winner of tonight’s game to lose next week to get a wild card birth.

Although our First Place Saints are currently tied with Tampa, we need them to lose for us to claim the crown

You apparently are unaware of what a conference loss is and a division loss is. Bottom line, if we end up with the same record TB wins the division.
