Wild 24 hours for the Dallas Cowboys and the NFC to say the least
-controversial Cowboys-Lions ending
-Arizona wild upset of Philly
If Dallas wins vs Washington, they’ll play at home during the playoffs until they play SanFran in the NFCCG

As a result of Arizona’s improbable win they have given the Cowboys a tremendous gift: The Dallas Cowboys now control their destiny towards winning the NFC East and #2 seed in the NFC. If they beat the Washington Commanders next week it is all theirs.
Unfortunately the San Francisco 49ers also won on Sunday, and as a result of that and Philly’s loss, the Niners have officially clinched the top seed in the NFC and the bye that comes with it.
But because Dallas beat the Detroit Lions specifically on Saturday night they are in position for the #2 seed as long as they win the division. The #2 seed is critical for the Cowboys because if they win their first playoff game in the Wild Card Round they are assured of a second home playoff game. Given that Dallas went undefeated in the regular season at AT&T Stadium this is obviously incredibly significant.

It sucks to see such mediocrity rewarded, but life isn’t fair

You mean the Cowboys and Brad Allen are currently the #2 seed in the NFC.

Let’s go!! Best news for the Cowboys.
They were due for a controversial to go their way.

After squeaking out a couple of lucky wins against the Chiefs and Bills, the Eagles have looked like garbage.

Wild? This is exactly what the script reads.

The tripping play a few moments before that drive benefited Detroit. Refs suck. The crying is entertaining right now. Life goes on but for Cowboys' haters its them melting down over silliness when they know the 49ers are still gonna easily make the Superbowl. I say that as a Cowboys fan but know we will find a way to lose. Don't understand the whining, though.

This is a bad arguement to justify an all time bad officiating gag.

Such a long journey just to get roasted by SF again.

I hate the cowboys but that tripping call was a major blunder. The league will penalize that crew for both bad calls and probably won’t ref in the playoffs.
Crazy the shitty Cardinals beat Cowboys and Eagles this year. Half their wins.

Seattle or the rams scare me. Kind of rather go to Tampa
