he told BK and Davis that he wanted to play LT. we don't know what they told him to get him here during recruiting. what we do know is they are not letting him play LT. when campbell went out of the game they put jones at LT. He wants to play LT and probably doesn't fully trust the coaches anymore. He can't fault the kid if he was adamant with BK and Davis during his recruitment about playing LT. Put him at 2nd string LT and see if he walks.

If true then the foundation of his recruitment was a lie.

that would be 100% “you will get a chance to compete LIKE EVERY OTHER PLAYER INCLUDING THE STARTING QB. We saw that play out to the Nuss Buss fans. Daniels was better. End of discussion

We absolutely can and should blame him for being selfish instead of earning his position.
This soft arse bunch of mentally weak people in our society believe life is supposed to be “fair”. Here is a hint: People aren’t giving you shite in this life. You have to earn it.
Jayden Daniels worked hard, listened to his coaches criticism, earned the respect of his teammates including his back-up and look where it took him.

Yes we do! They told him he would have every opportunity to play left tackle. He didn’t win the job.
