Mine ate whole bag of Mr Goodbar with foil and paper, then decided to go for Popeyes 5pc spicy tenders (mardi gras mustard) with side of red beans and biscuit. Thought he would eat that in reverse and have the Mr Goodbar as dessert, but no.
Life is uncertain, especially when you only have a life expectancy of 12 years or so, better to eat desert first and the meal later 'cause you never know when the grim reaper will come calling....

Yea, my Lab has eaten a ton of those little mini Reese cups in the duck hole, we share a Honey Bun every time we go.
See, that right there is a good Lab. Mine won't ever share the honeybun with me, the count....

A friend had a shitty and yappy rat terrier. I had a huge milk bone for my big dog and gave one to the rat terrier.
Rat terrier ate it and (after I had left, thankfully) went on a binge of spray diarrhea. shite all over the friend's apartment.

Yikes. My dog , a lab mix, got into some chocolate (not sure how much) and had explosive bloody diarrhea for several days.
I’d take a trip to the vet. Lay down some plastic in the car though.

It would take a LOT of dark chocolate to hurt a dog...they eat shite thats been lying in the streets for weeks, drink out of overburdened septic tanks and lick their own arse having not had a bath in years...a little chocolate is nothing to such an animal...
Did you mean to say that it would take a lot of milk chocolate to hurt a dog?
Dark chocolate is a different story. A full bar of bakers chocolate can easily kill a dog.
From my experience last year. If your dog is experiencing chocolate (theobromine) toxicity. You will know. Heart racing, rapid breathing, constantly drinking water, tremors and shaking. The vomiting and diarrhea can also lead to dehydration which only compounds the issues.

In my estimation a full bar of bakers chocolate would constitute a lot. I suspect a whole bar would be about 1/4 pound. It would take a massive amount of milk chocolate to do anything but give them diarrhea...

Only dark choc is bad, from what I've been told.

My little terrier dog ate at least 5 butter cups and a couple of Lindt truffles.
The peanut butter cups are not good but probably won’t really do anything real bad.
But the Lindt truffles could be a problem if dark chocolate
