Did you not see the results of the Dominion vs Fox News lawsuit?

How would this be any different? There’s no evidence the voting machines were rigged.

They settled. So, you cannot say "there is no evidence." The evidence never had a chance to be requested/examined/weighed by a court. FOX bowed to its GOPe, uniparty, Deep State leadership who were all in on getting rid of Trump and they fired Tucker for putting them in the position of having to do so.

They did discovery. Fox News would have this data. Why do they need to show it in court? Why are y'all so obsessed with courts being the only avenue to releasing the Kraken? Same shite with Rudy in the suit he admited to defamation instead of turning over evidence proving his claims

Funny note I found last week about Rudy and that suit, Rudy has joined team SFP and claims the Gateway Pundit are liars.

quote:

During his closing arguments in the defamation lawsuit against Giuliani, attorney Joseph Sibley tried to convince a Washington, D.C, jury that Giuliani was a minor player in the unfounded election fraud allegations that led to an avalanche of threats against Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

Others deserve more blame, Sibley contends, specifically pointing to the right-wing website Gateway Pundit over its publication of security camera footage that linked Freeman and Moss to the unfounded allegations of election fraud touted by Giuliani and former President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Sibley argued that Gateway Pundit was “patient zero” in spreading the conspiracy theory.

“More likely than not,” Sibley told the jury, “this is the party that sort of doxed these women.”
