Is it not the Geneva Convention that clearly defines "asylum seeking" as crossing one border into a neighboring nation to escape whatever they're trying to escape?

Then why do we have "asylum seekers" from Guatemala, China, Africa, Haiti, Panama, Syria, Colombia and Venezuela streaming across our border, who have crossed multiple borders and entire hemispheres in some cases to land on our southern doorstep?

The Geneva Convention is already being ignored by the Establishment Uniparty, so leaving it would change nothing. The only solution is mass deportations NOW and completely closing the southern border to all non-essential travel until such a time that the deportations are largely complete and security has been upgraded and retrofitted to account for the explosive increase in migration.

Well, 2030 is the new "agenda" deadline, so it fits.

Yes, and once they claim it, they're due a particular process.

That process involves courts. If the demand of process outweighs the supply of courts (including staff, judges, etc.), the process will be delayed.

They're lying. That's what the process determines and then deports them.

They have created a scenario where any solution by conservatives wii be portrayed as so draconian that we will never get enough votes to implement it.

Solving it will create millions of sob stories that the media will use to generate sympathy for Democrats. Democrats who offer no solution of their own, other than a pathway to citizenship for everyone.

Well, it's Hail Mary time and maybe it will buy us a few more years as a country.

This is why the situation is so difficult without Remain in Mexico.

Either we fund a robust court system or court dates will be delayed this long for "asylum seekers" once they get to US soil.

Or we withdraw from the Geneva Convention

Give it up. 10 million more people on full social security benefits until 2031. This will certainly bankrupt social security. We can't house them so they will just be pissed off haters. Cloward-Piven.

Asylee benefits. Which they are supposed to get after they have been adjudicated legitimate asylum seekers not before. But your butt buddy Biden does otherwise.

They don't need a full hearing....WHERE are you from? That doesn't border the US you're not eligible for asylum you're deported.

Anyone not entering at a port of entry...illegal and out of here.

Again, that will require a LOT of money to fund the courts to process that many.

Stop sending money to Ukraine. Problem solved for needing a LOT of money to fund it.

Let's do this, tell the U. N. to move to a different country, make our NATO allies take on their fair share of the load, and do whatever we have to do to stop the invasion through our southern border.

This is the obvious reason they are coming here. Venezuala is a bit different as we didn't interfere with an obviously compromised election that put a communist in power.

The vast majority are turning themselves in at points of entry. So why not just give them the form to fill out for asylum and tell them to fill it out in Mexico or the country they came from. I'm "from" here you?

And that process can be changed, and only anti-American garbage will cry over it being done. Any other nation or "global org" that has an issue with how we change the process can come stop us. Otherwise frick off.

Because that wont help Democrats and their supporters "replacement theory" plan which is based on "fundamentally transforming" our nation. Shock the system to cause Trump, if he wins, to make a massive move that they and the media will say is the worse thing of all time yadda yadda yadda

"Largest deportation effort in American history" should earn Trump the WH again. If you don't vote for him then you hate this nation for what it once stood for.
