Not seeing anything online saying the guy got arrested. He did seem to get an arse whipping, though. One article mentioned that he was Academic All-MAC in 2022, and EMU is his third school to play for. EMU apologized.

Yeah I’m not seeing the arrest part but I’m pretty sure police took him off the field…but it may have been for his own safety

What does suspension have to do with battery? Its crazy this protective bubble sports has created. Just because you're wearing pads doesn't mean you can walk up and commit battery when the game is clearly over.

#26 deserves a lot of love for how quick he was to react and pull that guy down. But I’ll take the guy w the jersey and no pads. While 26 started with pulling theEMU player off, that guy came in swinging from the jump.
